With immediate effect, following advice from the hospital’s Infection, Prevention and Control team, we are no longer issuing print books from Exeter Health Library. The self-service machine will be switched off, and the library will be for reference use only.

If you are already have some library books out, please keep hold of them until further notice.

Now might be the perfect time to check out our e-book resources, we have many titles available online, and all you need is an NHS OpenAthens login to access them. Watch this space for more detailed information about our e-book collections, and how to access them…

We currently investigating how we can expand our e-book provision, but in the meantime, if there is a particular title you need, please email the library team rde-tr.library@nhs.net, and we’ll see what we can do.
