The Exeter Health Library has a Health & Wellbeing Corner, where you can come in and relax, sit in the comfy chairs, read a book or do some colouring, or even some knitting! The Library has a growing collection of ‘Mood Boosting’ fiction, autobiographies and self-help books that you are welcome to borrow, you browse our Wellbeing collection on the Library Catalogue.
If you’re crafty, the Library hosts a Craft Club every last Wednesday of the month in the Library Meeting Room, drop in between 12:30-2pm. We have a range of wool, knitting needles and crochet hooks if you’d like to try your hand at a new skill, or you can bring your current project and some lunch with you, all are welcome.
We are also developing a Health & Wellbeing Resource Hub where you can find lots of advice, tools and resources to help support your Wellbeing. Please let us know if there are any resources you’d like us to add!
